Cindy's Antique Quilts

This pictorial 1950's vintage Cowboy quilt is a pretty neat pictorial quilt. Look at the central cowboy and the cowboy and cowgirl sitting on the fence. No detail was left out having also the cactus, Indian, campfire, tipi, calf, boots, hat, and lots more. The size of 44x66 would consider it more of a crib size or throw for a twin or it makes a great wall piece too. The condition is good and it does have some age or storage spots,, as shown. There is some light wear on some of the applique pieces, but if just using for a display quilt, it works great. It is all hand quilted at 6-8 spi and also the applique is all done by hand. The separate yellow binding is stitched on by hand. Pictorials such as these with this western theme pattern are not easily found. This was a kit quilt and I am offering a new reproduction pattern or the full kit (includes cotton fabric) of this quilt which is found on my kit/pattern page.
