Cindys Antique Quilts

This is a wonderful quilt top with tobacco flags representing many countries, with the United States flags in the center and outer corners. The flannels were actually premiums printed by the tobacco companies and included with the product to promote the tobacco sale. Condition is excellent for this top. These are individual flannel squares machine stitched together, as shown. These flannel flags include many countries such as China(Empire), Bulgaria, Persia, Poland, Mexico, Belgium, Siam, Russia, Sweden and more.
