Cindys Antique Quilts

This is a wonderful well made double Wedding Ring quilt that is unused and has never been washed. The information I acquired from the African- American man from whom I purchased this quilt from, said his mother had made the quilt. He was from Phoenix, AZ, but unsure where she lived originally. The condition is excellent. All hand quilted at 7-8 spi. A very pretty quilting design was quilted inbetween the circles. Note the separate, hand stitched binding, how 2 colors of fabric were used. Lavender on the 2 sides and yellow used on the top and bottom edge. A nice assortment of prints in the rings with connecting pieces of lavender and yellow. An excellent quilt that displays well.
